Can I leave if i am too scared?Absolutely. The events can be quite scary for some and our team are trained in handling this situation. Although we want everyone to enjoy their experience, the Paranormal can have the opposite effect on people and its just too much for them. This is absolutely fine although no refunds can be provided should any person decide to leave during the event. Each location has a basecamp that is well lit that you can also remain if you wish.
-
Can I film the experience? We encourage it. The more footage the better. We kindly ask that if you're lucky enough to capture anything that you share the content with us. Some venues set their own policies regarding filming and if there are any restrictions we will share these with you. We also ask that you kindly ask anyone on the investigation if they are ok being filmed.
-
I have my own Ghost Hunting equipment, can I bring it along?Of course. We have many different types of equipment and technology for everyone to use. But, if you're quite the enthusiast then please, bring along what you have, we kindly ask not to interfere with our vigils with equipment and use during your free time..
-
Can I bring Food and Drink?Yes. We make light refreshments available but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Hot and cold drinks are provided but drinks are not to be taken into an area other than the basecamp.
-
I can no longer make the event. Can I have a refund. As per our Terms and Conditions, refunds are only provide during the first 14 days which is a cooling off period and we may retain a fee to cover any costs made as a result of your booking. Any deposits are made with the understanding that they are non refundable and dates cannot be changed.
-
One of our party can no longer make it. What can i do?Anyone can attend with a valid ticket so this can be given to someone else you may know to come along. We do not resell tickets should someone not be able to attend and we cannot provide a refund if someone can no longer make it.
-
Is it possible to do my own thing and conduct my own Paranormal Hunt?Yes. During the event we allow "Free Roam" where permitted. Please note some venue owners do not allow this and you may have to remain with a memebr of our team. During Free Roam you are able to use our equipment at your leisure and conduct your own hunt. Our team are always on hand if you need any help or have any questions.
-
How do I book? You can book directly through our website. Choose the event and date for the location you would like to attend and checkout as normal. This is the safest way as we have no access to your payment information. You can book over the phone but this does have a small charge added to increased processing costs. Please call 03301333442.
-
Do you offer Gift Cards?Yes! All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are sent by post in discreet packaging. This is to ensure that no surprises are ruined if it is for a gift.
-
I have paid a deposit, when is the remaining balance due?The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event. Please note it is your responsibilty to contact us to pay any remaining balance. If your remaining balance is not paid you run the risk of losing your tickets as we may list for resale. We will contact you when payment is due.
-
Can I Sleep Over? Some of our events may have the option to sleep over. This is made clear when booking and may come with a small extra charge. Please note that you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillow and blow up matress. We do not supply anything. Please also understand that some venues are cold with no heating so wrap up warm. It will certainly not be a 5* hotel experience.
-
Do you offer Physical Tickets? No. They are all sent via email as this helps keep our costs down so we can provide the most competitive price for you as possible. Gift Cards are available for Gifting if you require something to give someone.
-
Why are prices different depending on the location? This is mainly down to the cost of hiring out the venue who charge different amounts. Some are signifcantly more expensive than others. We always work towards keeping our price as competetive as possible.
-
Do I need to sign a waiver?Yes. This is a requirement from our insurers. Also some of the owners of the venues have their own that you may need to fill out in addition to ours. If you do not complete a waiver you sadly wont be able to take part. Please note we do not share any personal data with anyone including the owners of the venues which is why they may have their own waiver forms.
-
What do i wear?Dress depending on the time of year and always plan for cold weather. Just because you're inside doesnt mean youll be warm.
-
Do you use Ouija Boards?Yes we do with the exception of 30 East Drive. Some people are not comfortable with using Ouija boards and this is ok. You can spectate others using the Ouija Board instead or completely remove yourself from that vigil and we will set you up with something else.
-
Will anything happen to me?This completly depends on the spirits themselves. Participants sometimes feel temperature drops or a feeling like someone is behind them. Others have felt themselves been physically touched and witnessed objects moving. We are Paranormal Hunters and will under no circumstances set anything up to happen to you that is staged. It is highly unlikely youll be grabbed and dragged around rooms. Thats saved for the movies. Please note Paranormal Activity is not guaranteed. Activity may be high, it may be low or we may get nothing at all. We will always try but it depends on the spirits.
-
Can I come along on my own?Of course. The team are always on hand and other particiapnts are always very friendly. We make teams on the event so at no point will you ever be on your own.
-
Do you allow Stag/Hen Parties?Yes we do but have strict instructions that must be followed. The main one is strictly no alcohol and we mean no alcohol. Firstly alcohol can affect your senses which can affect an investigation. Secondly, some venues can have potential hazards so we need you fully alert. Lastly, drunk people are just annoying when you're sober and we do not want other paying guests having their investigation spoiled in any way. Please get in touch for further information.
-
What should I bring with me?A torch is a must. It will be dark. Dress for the weather as some venues can be very cold. Food and Drink to keep you going should you want anything other than the free refreshments we provide.
