1. Cancellations and Refunds

 

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

 

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once made. However, if you pay in full at the time of booking you have a 14 day cooling off period to request a refund. We may retain a fee if your booking has had any financial impact on us.

 

1.2 Cancellation by Company

If the company cancels the event due to external factors like weather or insufficient participants, then the offer of a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered. The company is not liable for any additional costs like travel or accommodation incurred by the customer due to the cancellation.

 

1.3 It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to make the event date and Paranormal Hunting LTD are not responsible for any mistakes made when booking.

 

1.4 Deposit payment options will secure your place(s) on the event but the balance payment should be made no later than 4 weeks prior to the event where we will email you but it is your responsibility to get in touch 4 weeks before the event to make payment of any amounts due. If the balance payment is not received by the due date we have the right to re-sell your places and retain any deposit payment already received.

 

1.5 By purchasing a ticket by telephone, via this website or via a ticket agent means that all attendee's have agreed to these terms and conditions of sale

 

2. Health and Safety

 

2.1 General Safety

Participants are expected to follow health and safety guidelines provided by the company. This includes staying with designated groups, not wandering alone unless permitted, and adhering to instructions given by the staff.

 

2.2 Specific Hazards

Many venues might have uneven floors, stairs, or might be in dark environments. Attendees are advised to wear suitable footwear, bring a torch, and dress according to the weather conditions. Participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging risks and agreeing not to hold the company responsible for injuries or accidents.

 

2.3 Behaviour Policy

Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated, and participants engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave without a refund.

 

2.4 Equipment

If attendees bring their own ghost hunting equipment, it might need to be inspected for safety. Items that could pose a fire risk or require mains power are generally not allowed. Paranormal Hunting LTD cannot be held responsible for any damage personal equipment incurs whilst at an event. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. We will not be liable for any loss or damage belonging to the participants before, during and after the event however caused.

 

2.5 Mobility

Some locations we visit may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

2.6 Alcohol

If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks to the event, they will not be allowed entry or will be removed from the premises immediately. No refunds will be given. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

 

2.7 Smoking/Vaping/Naked Flames

We do not allow smoking/vaping indoors at any of our locations and by doing so will result in you been asked to leave with no refund provided. Candles or other potential fire hazards are not to be used during your stay.

 

3. Photos/Videos

3.1 By Booking you agree that all footage and pictures taken during the event can be used by us and remain the property of Paranormal Hunting LTD. Photos & recordings are allowed on the night unless a venue restricts this and are for the sole personal use of the owner and are not to be used in the public domain or for commercial gain without prior consent of Paranormal Hunting LTD.

 

 

4. Minimum Age

 

4.1 The minimum age for participation in ghost hunting events is generally set at 16, although some events might require participants to be 18 or accompanied by an adult if under 18. This is to ensure that participants can handle the potentially scary or physically demanding nature of the activities.

 

5. Pregnancy 

5.1Due to restrictions at our locations and other factors that may cause risk - heavily pregnant woman are not allowed to attend any of our events.

 

6. Additional Notes:

 

6.1 No Guarantees.

Paranormal Hunting LTD cannot guarantee paranormal activity during events and we ask that you consider this when/if leaving a review.

 

6.2 You are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our hosts suggest something to you, it is of their opinion and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action. You make your own mind up with anything found on an investigation.

 

6.3 Tiredness

Paranormal Hunting LTD suggest you either secure accommodation following the event or book transport home due to possible tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused before, during or after the event. Tiredness kills. Be sure to take regular breaks if driving home afterwards.
